Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@aleesfashion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping times depend on your location, as our products are sourced from both domestic and international suppliers. You can find estimated shipping times on below. We will try to do everything that we can to get your order to you as fast as possible, but various factors can influence shipping delays that are out of our control.

- P.O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.
- Non-continental Europe countries are not supported, usually referring to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
- The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular areas (e.g., Puerto Rico).
- Please expect a delay in deliveries due to the parcel volume spike during peak seasons, customs-related issues, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays and inaccurate shipping information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.
